Anticorrosive carbon brick is made by a unique technological process from high-quality carbon-containing materials and acid-proof organic compound, which is shaped under high pressure and bonded by high-strength gum. It, with excellent acid-resistance, is a kind of ideal lining material for the large acid-proof and corrosion-resistant vessels in chemical and metallurgical industries. Its capability has achieved top of the native line and enjoyed high reputation in overseas and domestic market.
Characteristics: Acid proof and corrosion-resistance
Made up of Using high-grade carbon-containing materials and adding acid proof organic compound, it, with low porosity and high bulk density, is so hard to be corroded by acid or alkaline solution.
Proof high temperature, long lifetime
The proved temperature is 350℃ to the top. Due to its better abrasion resistance compared with traditional rubber products and higher temperature as a result of bond and additive, the product has much longer lifetime.
Accurate dimensions
It can fully satisfy the requirements of constructional technology because the brick has properties of high quality of shaping and accurate dimensions. We can also manufacture specific form bricks to meet with customers’ requirements.
