Composite carbon-free lining submerged nozzle ladle shround refractory for Steel casting
Product Feature
- The composite carbon-free lining material can effectively prevent the deposition of Al₂O₃ and other high melting point compounds in the inner wall of the nozzle from blocking.
- The compound ultra-low thermal conductivity lining material can effectively reduce the heat shock of the steel flow, ensure the thermal shock stability of the nozzle, and have strong adaptability to the steel.
- In order to avoid thermal damage in the nozzle at the beginning of casting, the technique of passivating crack tip and hindering crack instability propagation was used.
- Using the principle of functional gradient compound, compound a layer of porous Al₂O₃-C layer in the inside of the nozzle slag line, design and manufacture of Al₂O₃-C/ ZRO₂-C composite slag line, to ensure the same service life of slag line and the mouth of the bowl.
- The effective surface anti-oxidation coating technology can prevent the decarburization phenomenon in the heating and baking process of the nozzle, so as not to affect the use of the nozzle or cause local erosion too fast.
- The professional structure design ensures the stable flow field of molten steel in the mold and the melting performance of the protective slag on the meniscus of the mold.
