Product Introduction

Copper tube is one of the main equipment of continuous casting machine. It can rapidly solidify and crystallize high-temperature liquid steel to form steel castings. After electromagnetic induction stirring, the molten steel in the copper mold is cooled and formed, then the casting is pulled out, and the slab is divided into predetermined lengths by flame cutting machine (torch cutting machine). Molten steel is directly cast in the copper tube of the mold and continuously cooled in the copper tube to form a billet.

In order to solve this problem, the copper tube contacts with the cooling shell during the working process, the separation time is shortened, the die copper tube is still bent to the side of the square or rectangular copper tube, the copper tube is conical in the inner cavity, the distance between the mouth becomes lower, and the inner cavity of the copper tube from the upper mouth to the lower mouth is double cone, triple cone, multi cone or parabolic cavity. In shape, the taper of the upper or upper section is greater than that of the lower or lower section. During the working process, the air gap between the green shell and the inner wall of the copper pipe is avoided, which is more in line with the shrinkage rules of the green shell.
